This traditional Spanish style 3 storey villa is set in the alluring Torrox countryside, an idyllic setting for peaceful, relaxing holiday.

The Villa is South facing and commands extensive & panoramic views down to the Mediterranean coast, the Bay of Málaga & Gibraltar, even the coast of North Africa (Morocco) on a clear day!

As the local Andalucians proudly state, this area benefits from “El Mejor Clima de Europa” (The Best Climate in Europe) with 300+ days of sunshine and mild winters (equal to normal UK summer in terms of temperature) and is generally good for winter sun breaks.
We are located a 15 minute drive from the coast, and one hour from Malaga, so a car hire is essential for your stay here.
Restaurants and bars are located around a ten minute drive away, as are both Aldi and Lidl supermarkets.
Situated approximately 50km East of Málaga City, on the Eastern Costa Del Sol, In the Province of Málaga, part of the region of Andalusia, Southern Spain.
The villa is located 400m above sea level, where the air is clean and fresh. Our nearest neighbours are approx. 100m away, so you are in the community but still ensured of your privacy.
Within Torrox village and Costa (coast) there is a wide variety of local bars and restaurants, with many more in the surrounding villages. (which is why we say hire of a car would be essential for your stay.)
Nerja, the next major town along the coast is very popular, two of its attractions are the Balcón De Europa (Balcony of Europe) and the Cueva de Maro (Caves of Maro).
There are two water parks in the area, one in Vélez-Málaga and the other in Almuñécar.
There is a marina in Caleta where you can hire a boat or just buy the fresh fish direct from the boats but you would need to be an early riser for that.
Casa Riva is located on the one of the official hiking routes of the Sierra National Parks, (La Maroma, the highest peak in the Axarquia region is around 30 km North of us). Walking in the mountain is very popular during the cooler months.
In the Winter, Torrox is only about 1.5/2 hours away from the Granada ski slopes, so it’s possible to ski in the Sierra Nevada mountains in the morning and sunbathe around the pool or on the beach in the afternoon.

✓ Fully equipped kitchen with washing m/c, microwave, fridge/freezer.
✓ Sitting area /lounge (with the possibility to sleep 2 children on the two sofas if required).
✓ terracing on all four sides, the front terrace is fully covered to give a cooler area to relax and is at road level
✓ Internet is included and it does extend to the pool area.
✓ Air Conditioning available in all bedrooms.
Level 2
✓ The second floor is our home, close enough to help if needed but be assured your privacy will be respected for you to enjoy your holiday.
Level 3
✓ Included is the exclusive use of the 8 x 4m pool when you want to use it, The pool level also features a built-in barbecue and table tennis table, toilet facilities, there is also a covered area providing shade from the sun should you need it.

For the benefit of all, we do not allows pets, nor do we smoking/vaping inside the Villa.
